Blackville

Blackville and the surrounding Barnwell County towns are an easy run west from Denmark, and the work here leans heavily exterior: siding, trim, porches, outbuildings, and long stretches of wood fence.

Fence work in particular is worth doing in the right order. We reset or replace the posts that have rotted at the soil line, swap cupped and split pickets for matching boards, re-hang the gates so they latch without lifting, and only then wash, dry, and stain. A finish over a failing structure is money spent twice.
